1. Register on ICEGATE
Before anything else, you need to create an ICEGATE account.

- Visit ICEGATE
- Click “Register” and select your user type (e.g., Importer/Exporter)
- Fill in the registration form using:
- Your Importer-Exporter Code (IEC)
- GSTIN
- Contact details (email and mobile number)
- Verify your contact info via OTPs sent to your email and phone
🔐 Register Your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

2. Access the IGCR Module

4. Execute Bond or Bank Guarantee

- Go to the “Bond/BG Details” section in your IGCR Dashboard
- Provide all required information about the bond or guarantee
- Submit the online request
📄 Submit Physical Copy
- Print the bond details
- Submit the signed physical copy to your jurisdictional customs officer
- Once reviewed, the officer will assign a Bond Number
5. File Bill of Entry
You’re now ready to import!
When filing your Bill of Entry, quote both your IIN and Bond Number to claim the IGCR benefit.
6. Ensure Post-Import Compliance

📆 Submit Monthly Statement
- Submit Form IGCR-3 every month on the common portal
- The due date is the 10th of the following month
