How to Download Renewed IEC Certificate?

Visit the DGFT Portal

• Go to https://www.dgft.gov.in, the official Directorate General of Foreign Trade website.

Log in with Registered Credentials

• Enter your username and password created at the time of IEC registration or renewal.
• If you have never created a DGFT account, register using your PAN and link it to your IEC.

3. Access the Print IEC Section

• From the main menu, navigate to Services → IEC Profile Management → Print IEC.

Check Renewed IEC Details

• The system will display your IEC details.
• Verify that your updated business name, address, PAN, and other changes from the renewal process are correctly reflected.

Download Your Certificate

• Click on the Download/Print IEC option.
• A PDF version of your renewed certificate will be generated.

Save and Store the Certificate

• Save the PDF to your system and keep a backup copy in a secure location.
• You can also print a hard copy for physical records.

If Renewal Updates Are Not Visible

• Wait at least 24–48 hours after approval, as changes may take time to update.
• Clear your browser cache and refresh the page before trying again.

For Old System IECs or Missing Login Access

• If your IEC was issued under the old manual system or you cannot log in, contact the DGFT Helpdesk or file a grievance through Contact@DGFT.
• Provide your PAN, IEC number, and proof of renewal for verification.

Re-download Anytime

• Once your account is linked and updated, you can log in and download your renewed IEC whenever needed without repeating the process.
