How to print an updated IEC certificate?

If you have recently made changes to your Importer Exporter Code (IEC) details, such as updating business information, contact details, or adding new branches, you can download and print your updated IEC certificate online through the DGFT portal.

Steps to print an updated IEC certificate:

1. Login to DGFT Portal – Visit https://dgft.gov.in and log in using your registered credentials.
2. Access IEC Dashboard – Go to Services → IEC Profile Management → View IEC.
3. Select Updated IEC – Your profile will display the most recent, updated IEC details after approval of any modifications.
4. Download the Certificate – Click on Print IEC or Download IEC Certificate to get the latest version in PDF format.
5. Print the Certificate – Open the downloaded PDF and print it on A4 size paper for official use.

Important:

• Ensure all modifications are approved before downloading, as the system will only display the updated certificate once changes are processed.
• Keep both digital and printed copies for compliance, customs clearance, and bank documentation.
