How quickly will you get back to me?
We usually reply the same business day. Enquiries that arrive after 7 PM, or on a Sunday, are picked up on the next working day.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation is free. We use it to understand your goods and your route, and to tell you which registrations, licences or schemes apply.
What should I have ready when I contact you?
Nothing formal. It helps to know what you are importing or exporting, the HS code if you have it, the port you use, and whether you need a new registration, a renewal, or help with a shipment that is already held up.
Do you work with businesses outside Mumbai?
Yes. Compliance work such as IEC, ICEGATE, AD Code, IGCR, SVB, MOOWR, EPR, BIS and DGFT filings is handled for importers and exporters anywhere in India, including foreign companies setting up to import into India.
Who handles the customs clearance?
Our sister concern, S. K. Agency, a licensed customs broker in the same building in Vashi. JPARKS INDIA handles the compliance side, and S. K. Agency files the Bill of Entry and clears the cargo at Mumbai, JNPT and Nhava Sheva, Mundra and Kandla.
