How to reactivate your IEC step by step.

1. Log in to the DGFT portal. Go to dgft.gov.in and sign in with the credentials linked to your IEC. If you cannot log in, recover access using the mobile and email registered to the code.
2. Open Update/Modify IEC. Under Services, go to IEC Profile Management and select Update/Modify IEC. This is the same update that was missed.
3. Review and confirm your details. Check your firm name, address, bank, and director details. If nothing has changed, you simply confirm them. If something has changed, update it now.
4. Authenticate and submit. Sign with your DSC or Aadhaar e-Sign and submit the update.
5. Status restored. On successful submission, your IEC is reactivated and the active status is transmitted back to Customs, usually within a few hours.
